3rd Coast 2020 date?
Need to buy my plane ticket.
The Green Machine is sleeping, back down in Texas. I will air up the tires, connect the battery, and fire up that old bitch.
Apologies in advance, for my future attendance.
See you there.

Erik,
Sorry to tell you, but it was decided to NOT have a Third Coast event this year. I'm not sure if it was because you decided to come back or what. JK
In reality, the F1 races in Austin forced the event to change dates and the changed dates were too close to a much larger event held annually in Eureka Springs, AR (Palooza)
I have never been to Palooza, and probably won't be able to make it this year, but I'm sure they would welcome you with open arms.

^ F*ck.
I'll be down there around Thanksgiving. Maybe we can meet up.
We can both bring our hot wife along.

I was told that Palooza was cancelled yesterday, but have not verified it. That was where we'd planned on holding 3rd Coast this year.

In light of what Sean posted above, maybe the powers that be will rethink the decision to host a Third Coast event?

I'm 99.99% sure Palooza will not happen this year. Between the very real health concerns and the requirements from PCA for sanctioned events (necessary to get the liability coverage for the event) it just all has become too much to even attempt this year. Hopefully the situation wil have changed by next year and we can resume. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but thems the breaks.

Meanwhile, we rednecks are carrying on, carrying on.
I haven't been back to TX for a few years. Have things changed that much?

As of today they are locking bars down and restaurants rolling back to 50% capacity. Who the hell knows what's going to happen here.

We did 3rd Coast at a local racetrack about 10 years ago. But our host that year has moved on. Anybody have access to one of the tracks here in Texas or Oklahoma?
