Default Crank locking tool

Hi does anyone in the UK have a crank locking tool that I could rent in exchange for some beer tokens? Seems like the UK suppliers are out of stock and I'm halfway through a cambelt change.

Cheers
Sinon

Hi, sorry to bump this old thread but I'm just about to get the cam belt done on my '86 S2 and the garage has asked me if I can get hold of a crank tool (9161/1) and a tensioner gauge tool (9201) before they commence the job. I was hoping I could rent these tools from someone, please?
I'm based in Dorset so was hoping that @C531XHO might be willing and available to help out a fellow 928s owner.
Any help or advice would be very gratefully received. Many thanks in advance.

I can lend you the locking tool but I don't have 9201, only the kempf gauge which I have relied on with 3 of my 928 quite happily. DT9

Thank you very much for the replies and very kind offers, gentlemen. @Bedfordman and @C531XHO I'm not even sure if a tensioner tool is necessary, I've always been fond of the 90 degree bend technique but I really don't want to put too much stress on a brand new water pump.

I'm DT9 too so I'd like to take you up on your kind offer @C531XHO I'm more than happy to put some money in the kitty. Does anyone know how many posts are required before the messaging system is available to new members, please?

Yetminster. Let me check in the garage later but you are welcome to swing by and borrow them.
