Hi, I am replacing a badly repaired front fender on my euro 1979 with a good used fender from a euro 928 S2. They are the same, right?

Tried to search with no luck. I know S4 is different but not S2 I don't think. Thanks!

Yes, they are the same. However, the S2 fender would have holes drilled for the front spoiler. You can get them welded. Luxury spares in Battle may have an early non-S fender in stock. Then you would only have to get it painted.

Thanks Alex, that's great. I think I'll be waiting a while for one with no front spoiler holes..I have used LCS too but I have the option of a really clean S2 fender for cheap, so I think I'll go for it.
Listen to us..calling them fenders. What is the world coming to?

The passenger wing from the later car will have a cut out for the VIN that is not found on the earlier wing. Actually make that the offside wing not passenger wing
