It runs finally
Jeff Spahn, came out to Vegas, and we got my 89 running. It seems that the hot wire was grounding out on the metal cover that covers the fuel pump. He lined the cover with rubber pipe wrap tape and the problem is solved. Can't thank him enough! It's great to have such a wonderful friend.
