Default DFW Breakfast GTG May 2, 2020

This upcoming first Saturday Breakfast will be at Southern Recipe Grill in North Arlington May 2, 2020 at 8am!

Southern Recipes Grill
2715 North Collins
Arlington, Texas 76006

This will be the fourth DFW breakfast GTG of 2020 and the first COVID-19 post shutdown breakfast

Southern Recipes Grill is a spot in far North Arlington at which we had the March 2020 breakfast. Its features include a large parking lot and mostly Southern cooking. They are excited to have us back again.

The weather is expected to be bright and sunny because there is no way that rain would dare screw up our breakfast. In keeping with the times, we will dine on the outdoor patio with correct COVID separation. The menu will consist of Southern Recipes Grill breakfast sandwiches. Coffee and beverages will be available. Please be safe and take appropriate caution with your health. We have no idea how many folk will attend, but if you don't feel safe out of your house, we all will understand

And as always, you don't have to drive a 928 or even own one to attend this GTG, but if you can, we would all love to see your car with you in it.

See you there!

I plan to be there! I talked to the owner/manager, he said we ca have the patio, but must maintain 6' spacing. He also said they have a breakfast sandwich and coffee out in the parking lot that will be available.

If I can get my car buttoned back up before then, I'll be there.

None of has covid 19 as far as I know. But if you do, or are one of the people who should be in quarantine, we love to see you, but stay away!

We had a nice group of DFWers at the breakfast. Social distancing rules were in effect and basically followed. The coffee was good, the food was good, the company was excellent as usual. Stories and lies were told in abundance, and it got to the point that I couldn't tell one from the other.

See you all next month.
