No. To remove, you get to drive the center pin into the nether reaches of the sill. Then the rivet lifts out with a purpose-designed trim clip remover. Replacements are readily available from your favorite 928 parts purveyors.

Hi Tony,

I haven't been able to get the oval ones out in one piece as well, the plastic is just too thin.

The white round one on the left of your picture (for the plastic pin in the middle of the scuff plate, below the "928" numbers) is thicker plastic, so maybe you might be able to get that one out.
Unfortunately I haven't been able to do so, and I also couldn't find a part number in PET.

Are you planning on taking the sill covers off as well? If so, just a few tips from when I took off mine:

Make sure the spacer sleeves on the top and bottom of the door sill don't fall out and get lost: they are NLA (see the right pic below from my own write up):

Be carefull when taking the Door Sill Rail off: the nuts on my car where rusted and you don't want to snap the thread off! I soaked them heavily before attempting to take them off:

On the bottom of the car are "expander nuts" that hold the screws for the Sill Cover from below. They are round on the outside but are sguare on the inside (and fit in a square opening in the body).
I tried to pull them out but ended up with at least two popping inwards. Eventually the easiest way to get them out was screwing in a long screw and pulling the screw down with a pair of pliers: the nuts came out with it!

Good luck!!!

Cheers,

Manfred
