Default Clutch switch test proc (tempostat)

All - 83 us model

tempostat has never worked.

All of the tests in the manual come back good (voltage at correct pins, etc).

bridging pins 3+5 and push button between 7 and 12 operates actuator.

unless I missed it, there is not a descriptor for testing the clutch switch on the older 12-pin cars at the tempostat amp connector. The 14 pin is described, but I could not find 12.

can someone please describe the test procedure at that point?

thanks!

Default Update

Well - I may have answered my own question. Appreciate input however...

So the Actuator seems to work fine in the wheel well - I can see it pull the Bowden cable with the switch test. So, based on the CF diagram, the clutch switch is in the circuit from the 12-pin harness connector to the actuator...so if the actuator works, then the clutch switch is obviously closed...correct?
