Question Help identifying footwell fuse box plug

This is for my US 1979 928.
Help identifying Harness plug in Fuse box as seen in the pix below?

The Po pulled the black wire from it and taped it up.
Looks like it plugs in top right of that plug but I would like to know what its for?

I am slowly but surely fixing everything thats broken and or hacked together by the PO./

Thank you

terminal V8 - BK (Black)
goes from the lamp control box to the central warning unit
someone has pulled that to disable the blown bulb warning

Thank you, I plug it back in and indeed the "Blown Bulb" warning came on.
All my bulbs are working - so its just another thing added to the list of things I need to repair / figure out o the car

Ona. side note do you have a schematic that lists what all of them are?
The only diagrams I can find are for later 1985+ years
