Default The pictures I promised way back

I don't know how to post them all in one post so I will have to post em' one by one. These are the pics of my father's 928 ...the clean one that I talk about from time to time. The car is in pristine condition. My mother bought called me and told me she wanted to buy him a car for valentines.....and wanted me to handle it. I found the car and drove up with a friend to pay and pick it up. I must say driving her at 100 on the freeway's coming home was a real treat. The car at 130mph felt rock solid. It was a garage queen and showed it. Interior was perfect no rip's or tear's at all. The paint was flawless...I mean flawless. I stole the car....cause.....hey its what I do...lol. Who say's you can't buy happiness. totally out the door cost to me was 9k....I feel this was a steal. Car was worth mid to upper teen's for sure....I would think so atleast due to the condition. Anyways I thought I would post up some pics. I love his car so much I am in the market for my own 928. Although I think I will be getting a standard......something about not having complete controll of the car that I don't like.

enjoy

How do you guys turn on the high-beam driving lights (pic 7) solely. I never figured it out, yet my '78 is probably different.

I rigged it once where I could use a switch to get them on by themselves, but never found a stock way of doing it.

Hi Toujam

Its not the main beams thats on, all you do is turn on the parks and the front fog ligths.
I often do it in low light or rain conditions so I don't need to pop up the head lights.

On my car, the center pair are the high beam driving lights... they come on automatically when you switch to your high-beam headlights. The outside pair are the fog lights on my car, and they can be switched on by the method you describe(fuse permitting).

Are the S4's different? or are mine wired backwards? lol I guess it wouldn't suprise me.
