Is the HVAC blower fan itself an available part?

Before I result to more extreme methods to liberate it from the motor shaft.

If your blower motor is toast I'd recommend getting the upgraded model from Roger.

Higher speed and higher load rating.

I just wasn't sure I was getting that plastic fan off in one piece.
