Very unusual color combo. Check it out and immerse yourself in the comments of the un, semi and misinformed. "Slower than a RAV-4." "Wonder if the fuel tank is rusted out."

The 928 was sooooo far ahead of its time in ways that are not technical. Porsche realized that it was not going to sell cars to silly people. Those comments are made by silly people. They don't appreciate fine automobiles or what even makes an automobile fine. The underside of a 928 is more fascinating to me than anything Toyota makes. Journalists will still be talking about 928s in 20 years, no one will be talking about RAV4s.

Porsche "experts" are everywhere. I cringe every time I look at the comments when a 9x7.1 is listed on BAT. Invariably some "expert" will ask if the IMS has been replaced (can't change them on the 9x7.1) and the conversation descends into why you shouldn't bid on the car. Never mind it has a 1% chance of failure. Unbelievable, except it happens every time when one of those models is listed. SMH. Kind of becomes a joke to see how early in the comments the IMS question comes up.
