Mark,
I'd like a couple too if there are some left after dimitri. I have some that are functional but they are bare metal without the plastic badge part. These are new blanks?
I am looking for original key only to completed my car with original parts, but if you really need a key, you can bring your lock to locksmith store and they can make you a key using VW or Ford blanks.

From an email I received this morning from Stuart at Keys4Classics regarding cutting keys for my 928 and information on the rear console:
now, the real glove compartment (console locker) uses a different key and code series
#899 http://www.keys4classics.com/images/899.jpg
There should be a 3-digit number on the back of that lock, I need that!
2 keys cut to code added to this order US$28
(actually I supply 4 keys and 2 will work)
For those who wonder why 4 keys are supplied to get 2 that work, Porsche leaves the first number off the code, so Stuart must cut keys to accommodate the missing number.
It seems like a fairly straightforward process, although the keys he supplies for the rear console may not factory keys.
