Default Need help identifying missing bushing part number in heads

I am missing a few sleeves. Might have disappeared when the heads were refurbished.

hown here:

One missing bushing below the spark plug hole.

No mention of the bushings in the parts catalogue.

I'm not aware of a separate part number for those. I think they changed between the S3 and the S4 heads, as the cam removal block tools changed in order to clear the bigger bushings in '87. [Capt. Obvious] The missing sleeves are not stuck in the corresponding cam caps? [/Capt. Obvious]

That's the first place I looked.

These heads came of an Andy Keel supercharged 89 engine that suffered a leak of intercooler fluid into a cylinders. I am astonished that three of the bushings are MIA and fourth one was loose enough to easily pull it from the head.

The good news is I may be able to get new ones machined based on the one that came out of the head. I do have a couple of 87/88 heads on the shelf, but those pressed in bushing do not want to come out and I'm not going to ruin otherwise good heads.

Peter De Jong has the measurements I provided and will be making the bushing. Did something similar for Kevin Wilson's GTS engine that was missing the alternator mounting bushing.
