Feb. 27th AZ Desert Shark Dinner
Hello all,
I'll take a count of how many can make a 6:30 PM dinner on Friday, Feb. 27th? If your spouse, significant other, or son/daughter will also attend, please let me know for an accurate count.
I have a few calls into restaurants where we can have our own secluded dining area.
The days are getting longer, lets discuss something for March
- a road trip
- a Saturday Scottsdale Pavilion "car show" afternoon

Drew,
I'm sure that you appreciate that meeting any time earlier is a problem for those who work until 5 PM.
We do plan to have a tech session in the future. Perhaps during dinner we can speak to the folks at Exotic Motorwerks and schedule a date and topic(s).
At our last dinner, two members of SOCAL who were in town attended. If any other "out of state" 928ers are cruising through, feel free to join us.

Also, dont forget that this weekend Pro Auto Sports has another track event. We have a "New Member" offer which entails a 40.00 membership fee for Drivers Oreintation (mandatory regardless) and 4-5 20 minutes rotations. If you come on Friday, the chances are you'll drive 6-7 rotations at 20-35 minutes a shot. Where else can you get that kind of seat time?.
Its a bargain any way you look at it.
BTW - Please pre-register if your interested and yes, I'll be instructing this weekend. For more information, please send me an email @ a_waltenburg@msn.com

Pro Auto
Firedbirds East Track is a lot of fun. Its "relatively" long and flat. Plenty of turns. The DO is mandatory for insurance purposes (LLoyds of London). If you really like a comparison between the last event - PCA and Pro Auto - Rich is the man to ask. He attended Pro Auto Sports last session. I have not attended the PCA DE program so I cannot say.
Even if your not going to run, stop on by and check it out.
