Anyone had good or bad experience with these guys?
If I was smart I'd be asking before I placed an order ;-)

Thanks,
Gary

Just about everything you'll need is available from our vendors. That said: what exactly are you looking for, year make, model?

I was looking for an AC condenser, didn't see much point buying used and the price of new is crazy. These guys offer a direct replacement for considerably less money.

I just went and took a look, and their prices are about what I've been quoted for used condensers in this area.
I don't know anything about them, but that is definitely interesting, and I hope that this thread turns up results.

Just finished installed the ObsoleteAir condenser, it’s much lighter, flimsier and probably provides better airflow to the main radiator but Porsche may have improved their version anyway compared to my 86 version. Had to remove and re-fit the drier bracket as it wasn’t possible to install the drier pipe to the condenser and bracket at the same time in its original position. The drier being slightly out of position made other things more challenging to fit back in place, and the two bottom mounting holes are nowhere near where they are supposed to be. There’s no captive nuts which also doesn’t help.
I’ll get it vacuumed down, leak tested and re-charged and see if it works, but based on my experience I’d advise paying the extra for an original part.
