rear hatch seal part number(s)
My 1981 928 needs a new rear hatch seal. I ordered part number 928.512.129.05. But then I noticed that there is another seal with part number 928.512.129.02. What is the difference? Will 928.512.129.05 work fine?
I've seen other parts with the same first 9 digits but either .02 or .05 as the last 2 digits. As I recall, the .02 parts are for the earlier model years.
Thanks in advance for helping me with my 928 education. Right now, I am still in pre-kindergarten!
