Tires will be Michelin pilot sports 265 front and 285 in the rear. Tried to get 315's but they are back ordered with no estimated date.

Yes $ 4,000 gets some very nice looking rims ( 9 1/2 and 10 1/2 , polished centers )....... that is twice what I paid for the very brown 1980 928 CAR ............ reality can be a bitch . And yes , I think they look great too !!! Since I was already being asked HOW MUCH ?? I figured I might as well post it . Kenesis makes very good wheels , we run them on the race cars . Delete the polished centers and they go down in price by about $600 a set . The GTS probably could use more than a 10 1/2 rear with the inch and 1/2 spacers removed , since an 18 x10 with 295 tire "fits" a stock 1980 But might get too close to the rear wheel inner fender (noise reduction) liners of a GTS .

Boy, nothing is a secret around here. By the way Jim, you are partly responsible for me ordering the 17's vs the 18's. The hwy's up here have potholes from tire chains big enough to swallow my Yukon XL. I remember you saying that 18's would be much more susceptible to bending. I certainly don't want that to happen with these

Sally sells wheels ???? You can be sure that about 90 cents of every dollar Sally was collecting NEVER EVER went to the "children " but that is another story . Tom the tires will be an "extra" $1,000 . Tahoe Tim , I would suggest .......wheel locks !! We all know where Tahoe is !!
