Serious ? but on page 87-17 the instructions on how to take out the blower begin by 7- ! what did they do ?
Could someone tell me how to reach the third screw that holds the blower ? i took off 2 already , the first one near the hood hinge and the second one in the blower output.
Thank's

From the Nichols' site:
The procedure to remove and replace the fan is as follows. Remove the hood (four bolts), then remove the plastic cover and rubber trim that conceal the fan and climate control compartment. Unplug the fan. Get your 8 mm socket ready with a long extension. There are 3 screws that hold the fan in place. Peal the rubber boot around the fan off, on the side that is closest to the passenger side. On the bottom of the fan inside the air passage way, near the boot there is a screw that needs to be removed. The second screw is obvious and holds the fan in place with a metal bracket near the passenger side fender. The third screw is a bit more difficult. It needs to be removed from inside the car. I've seen it in two places, it depends on the age of your car. Sometimes it is on the outside of the air housing and is easily identifiable because it's the only 8 mm screw. I've also seen it located inside the air housing so you may need to manually push the air flap back and look for it with a flashlight. Once you have removed all three screws then the unit will come out of the car easily.
Good luck.

AM,
I just checked my hard copy and my CD and both have two pages labeled 87-16. The first one has steps 1-6 and I've sent you an email requesting your email address so I can send it to you. I'm not sure if my hard copy was this way when I bought it or if I kept the 'old' page after inserting updates. At any rate, it's in my CD and hard copy manuals...you may have to backup aways to make sure you're missing it..say past 87-14 just to be sure. Let me know and I'll send it out.
