Default drivers headlamp sits low

Is there a way I can raise the entire headlamp assembly? my drivers side sits low, and when you pop up the lights it scratches the headlamp area....

There is some adjustment from inside the engine bay where the rotating headlight shaft is mounted to the chassis.

Based on the picture the headlamp cover is not properly attached to the headlamp housing,
this could be from a missing screw and or the lower hooks not being engaged.
see the gap on the lower edge.

Each lower edge has a small opening that should hook onto the bottom of the lamp housing
You could try swapping the covers L to R and see if that changes.

Also to move the lamp assembly up in the fender,
As Alex has suggested look at the rod that's connecting the lamps where it passes through the fenderwell ,
there is a plastic bushing and is secured with 2 10mm bolts,
loosen them a bit and move the lamp assembly then snug them.

Also to change the amount that the lamps assembly is centered in the fender,
you can also loosen the 2 bolts that go through the bar clamp, than the lamp assembly can be adjusted further.

NOTE use the finger screw on the motor to raise and lower the lamps while you adjust them. so you dont cause further damage to the covers.
To get to the finger screw remove the rubber boot on the headlamp motor
