I believe the problem with eBay's feedback system is that a winning bidder that does not make the purchase is considered a deadbeat, at least as far as the seller is concerned. It doesn't matter that the car was misrepresented and failed the PPI. As for eBay, the Power Sellers ($) are always right in the end...

Take people on case by case basis Mike N and you will get much further in everything you do. Just because you sell or represent a car does not mean your a " Sleezy car salesman".If the car is not the best or needs work or lacks history and I know of it then it will be disclosed. Being dishonest has nothing to do with a car and to assume that to trust someone in the car business is foolish is going over board. Selling is an exstension of the seller and a good seller wants to sell what he feels represents him/her. A bad seller wants your money and nothing more. Ebay has a bad rap because of the ones who find short term a success. I would never knowingly screw somebody out of there money and have gone above and beyond expectations to reverse or stop deals that somebody would have been left unhappy. A conscience is a good selling tool and if you have it then it doesnt matter what you sell.

I know some history on both of the sellers you think are even in your eyes and I know your smart enough to do research before you really just played "Schmidt Roulette" because your assumption that it comes down to the car. Low Miler is old school and may be a descriptive word user but in the end it comes down to the car and I know what he worries about and it isnt the money but the right too keep selling through honest representation.........

Thumbs up

Feedback is removed if both parties agree. Status has never been a factor in my case. Some folks leave it before any effort to correct the problem is made or known. Others use it as a form of blackmail. Others have negative written all over them and after benifit of doubt is issued you then wish you had went with the "Oh please no" theory.

............. But half the time its justified and if you care about what people will judge you on first then you do whatever it takes to fix it.....
