When I purchased the car there was a nice aftermarket shifter handle and boot installed. But the shifter handle moved very hard when it warmed up and eventually peeled the skin on it. Its not all worn off but not great. Since I pulled the transmission, installed super bearings in the torque tube and other things, I also cleaned the grease and gunk out of the shifter cable and forced moly down through the length. since I did this the shifter works EXTREMELY smooth. So I guess my question is.. Does anyone know who may have created this nice shifter and can I still possibly get the cover for the handle replaced?
