MAF boot breather hole dimension
does anyone have a MAF boot on their bench? looking for the ID for the right side hole that the plastic Y fitting enters to vent
the oil filler hose, as well as the hose from the rear RH cam cover. probably the same for all 1987-1995 cars. thanks. an alternative
would be the OD of the plastic Y.

OD of the fitting is 22.3, at its base. The barbs are about 23.5 at their greatest OD.

thanks rob
while you have the Y out, can you tell me the length of the piece that enters the boot? I am trying to figure out what size expandable rubber stopper
to put in there to block that hole. thinking I don't want the stopper to protrude into the flow area of the throttle body. it appears that some have used something like this:

I have a suggestion for you.
instead of asking these obscure questions,
why not ask them a different way to see if others have traveled the path your now taking
For example,
I am installing an intake vent system upgrade to 19XX 928,
what can I use to plug the MAF boot side port.
I will venture a guess someone else has done this already.
The more info you can provide on your initial question the more people will be involved in an answer
Think about your last thread about the AC freeze switch.
It wasnt really your problem but you made it sound like it was,
and with minimum info provided it was difficult to zero in on the why your asking some of these questions.
