Jim, I'll be there one way or another. I've missed to many in recent years. The Pantera, would be fun, though expensive gas wise. It's only got a 13 gallon tank, would have to make a lot of pit stops along the way.

I have plenty cars to drive. I drive my El Camino, almost every day. Believe or not, it's my favorite outta all of them! It's gonna be tuff without Dee.

Joe, life has to go on. Obviously Dee was a big part of your life for a long long time. But she would want you to go on, its part of the healing process. Just know that you have friends here that will welcome you. If you decide that it's too soon we will also understand that.

I thought you had some event here involving the El Camino a few weeks ahead of Third Coast? You could drive the El Camino down for the El Camino event. Leave it here and fly back to Vegas(if you need to)
For Third Coast, fly back down here, grab the El Camino and bring it to Marble Falls!!

What ever you decide, we look forward to seeing you down here again.

Jim & John,

I'm going to be at 3rd coast one way or another. Thanks for being my friends!
The 60th Anniversary of the El Camino, wasn't planned very carefully. There won't be any parking, no fun run, in short I'm not attending. I'll be in the 928, or maybe my Aero Coupe, haven't had it out of the garage in years, and just put new wheels and tires on it. The Pantera would probably cost me 2K in gas alone. Dee's 996, might be fun, I really don't know which car I'm gonna drive. I am going to be there!

Hell, just fly in and one of us will pick you up and chauffeur you around all weekend.

The battle axe is back in Texas again (after driving from Texas to Washington 2 years back, then to Idaho last year, then to Montana, and finally back here. All done in summertime with no AC) so if our new house in Montana hasn't closed yet, I will be there!

Well then, I am not wishing ill on you, but I hope that your house in Montana closing meets with unexpected delays and we see you in Marble Falls.

Looking forward to seeing you Eric!

Curry, you will be happy to know that we'll be doing the Shocks on the SilverBulit before the event.
Need you to come over and set my ride height.... It took us too long on the GTS!

We are 5 weeks out from this coming Friday!
