Strange O2 reading

Strange O2 reading
'83 928s
Rougher idle than usual.
No vacuum leaks (homemade smoke detector) other sensor readings OK.
O2 voltage at idle directly from sensor with computer connector detached:
.........with vacuum to regulators (26 lbs fuel pressure) fluctuates around 0.2 volts.
.........with no vacuum to regulators (36 lbs pressure) around 0.6 volts.
This is expected.
But voltage goes to around 0.7 volts with computer wire attached and doesn't
fluctuate.
Strange thing is voltage measured directly from computer without sensor attached
as soon as I turn the key on is 0.5 volts.
I believe line from computer should read 0.
Does someone know if this should be O or can someone please check
their voltage reading from computer connector with sensor not attached
and key on and let me know the reading.
