Default Can you identify this resistor rating?

I have a resistor that I need to replace but don’t know what the rating is. It is the resistor in the middle of the picture. The resistor to the right of it measures 117 on the 20k resistor setting on the multimeter

Thanks in advance

Resistor decoder

According to what colors I identified in your picture it could be a 2.1 MOhm resistor. Try the link it decodes 4, 5 and 6 band resistors

Marti, in order to correctly read its resistance with a multimeter, it must be isolated/removed from the circuit.

Marti -

Just making sure...which R? Is the resistor in question? I see R7, R9 and R10.

Here is an excellent piece of software where you can circle or box or point-at to draw attention to an item in a screenshot such as all those resistors and capacitors:

SnagIt

I have this at both work and home and is a must-have piece of software.

I think we're in need of an edit here.

Here is a link. I tried (unsuccessful) to copy the picture showing colors and values.
