Default Steering rack torque question

I was hoping someone could tell me what the torque is for the two bolts on the rack that are below the two fluid lines. I've looked in section 48-02 of my manual and it does not mention these two guys.

Can anyone say what that piece on the rack with the two bolts is called?

I looked at PET and at a rack. I'm not sure what bolts you are talking about. Can you provide a pic?

Not all bolts will have specific torque values and the manual doesn't cover all.

The standard torques for bolts ae:

M6 6 Nm
M8 20 Nm
M10 40Nm
