does Mark Anderson of 928 international race anymore, I know he quit 928 but doesnt he also compete at a higher level with gt2 or something.....????
After 30+ years of racing I have hung it up. ( at least for now) My 928 racer is in the hands of Rob Edwards and I just sold my Porsche Cup car to a collector who regularly has his cars on display at Porsche. Joerg Bergmiester won a championship in the car. Joerg in 2000 met him at the LB grand Prix last year the car when i sold it the car has a history of running upfront
wow time goes by too fast, glad you made it without any major crashes and are in one piece....it was really fun watching from afar your conquests !!!!!!

I am very proud of the fact that in 30 years I never crashed a car. (that's not to say there wasn't some pushing and shoving )
The only time I got hurt was a karting race and I was in my early 20's

So somebody called me up on this and gave me some flack. He said " what about Las Vegas"? I guess I thought that getting hit from behind and center punched was not me crashing my car. You be the judge
There is a big difference between someone else hitting YOU...and you making a mistake that puts the car in the wall etc..... Not only did Mark A race many different types of cars, he also endurance raced including 24 hours of lemons for me and never had an incident. Sadly I am the only driver I had that had minor hits on track (two)..one was my fault for jumping a novice drivers apex and other I got hit in the back...but both were minor...Here is a video of some close calls Mark A had in our first lemons race

There was also this other endurance race I did in 1997 that you may have heard of the 24 at Daytona
Brian I look back at those Lemons races with lots of smiles. I never would have guessed it would be so fun.
