Brett,
I am just guessing that your LH and EZF are altered from stock, but if not, can you find someone local to you that could install your LH into their running car to test? That would be the quickest and easiest test for the LH.

If your LH is altered, as I suspect, you could still send it to be diagnosed, repaired and get it back quick, but you are running out of time for Third Coast.

Which reminds me: I seem to remember that JDS will diagnose free of charge? That is, if there is nothing wrong with the LH, there is no charge save for shipping? If I'm wrong, I will retract the last couple sentences so that future searches don't spread bad info.

To clarify, I jumpered the fuel pump relay until it would start. I then put the fuel pump relay back in and the car would start up and run.

Brett,
I was responding to your post at 9:57am this morning that stated that even jumpering the fuel pump relay won't get it to start.
So, it does run now?

I got home and jumped the FPR, no joy. I jumped the LH relay, it fired right up. What should that tell me? Tried with several new relays.

I think that would tell you that either 1) you don't have power on terminal 30, which should be the power side of the relay.
or 2) the relay is not switching power from terminal 86 toward terminal 85 completing the circuit from 30 to 87(but I know you said you have already replaced the relay)
or 3) that the relay is switching, but there is no power in the wiring of terminal 87 beyond the relay (ie a wiring issue)

Can you check to see that all the female connections at the CE panel for the LH relay are flush toward the relay and not pushed out the back of the CE panel?

Disclaimer: I believe that electricity and electronics are magic. I am fully aware of my limitations and please note that electronics are the very least of any expertise that I might possess regarding these cars.

Just trying to help though.
