I finally had a chance to take the car out today and it ran perfectly, just like before. It's sad that it only needed a few minutes of work to resolve the issue but I didn't think to do that first.

Anyway, I still plan to have the MAF and LH rebuilt, and replace the wires, caps, rotors, coils, starter, clutch and anything else that comes up. At least now that can wait for a few months.
