Can someone tell me if the wire that connects to the ISV is suppose to be routed OVER the driver side
plastic Y connector that inserts into the throttle body boot, or UNDER? there is enough slack to route it either
way, and its probably not a big deal; just would prefer to put it back as it was originally.
