Nicely done! Great choice of wheels, the seat and door inserts are a nice historical touch and the rear seat delete treatment is spot on to how Porsche handles that in their other models.

Great to see it back to the road in sporting fashion.

Enjoy your hard work!

Cheers,
Constantine

Looks great, but you may be the first to ever remove aero mirrors and put on flags. How much would you take for the aeros?

Clubsports had flags, nevermind that they're bricks.... I prefer the look of Aeros but I find flag mirrors to be better from a functionality standpoint.

He may have been the first, but I did the same thing on the 91 GT I bought. I really don't like the looks of aero mirrors much and the functionality is noticeably inferior compared to the functionality of the flags.

That having been said, in my cursory look and enoying the overall impression of the OP's car, I didn't notice the change back!

I have been looking for ideas for my own car and find this very inspiring. The use of Pascha fabric on those seats is an excellent idea.

C'mon guys...

He asked to 'go easy'.

You are all fawning and drooling over his car.

That's not 'going easy'.

Seriously, I also love what you've done.

Thanks for all the positive comments, nice to know the car is appreciated by those in the know.

To answer a few questions/comments:

- the seats are Cobra Nogaro which Cobra can make to order with whatever fabric or logo the customer requests.
- Cup mirrors are nice, but I wanted to stick to the look of the Clubsport cars so took them off and they were quickly sold

Here is a video of the car in action:

+1

To the OP, nice changes!
It reminds me something... I have started from a 1987 S4 as it was much easier

You should remove the rear hatch opening system. There is none on a CS
Any picture of the engine bay?

Cassette box then?
Also, you should replace the rear wiper and sunroof buttons by two dummies, or a single plate from an early 928.

Cassette box? In the arm rest? Thats still there.

Single plate would be good. But am not going for a 100% faithful CS replica, just taking inspiration.
