One screw mount missing
One inner side mount missing. (Nothing a self tapper cant solve, or a nutsert if you were so inclined)

BUT..this will connect to a good bumper just fine. The metal tabs secure it just fine to the car. The bolts to the wheel liner pieces hold it _secure_, I drove like this for a year, no issues.


Replaced for concours.
