Hi. If I want to fit a national oval sticker at the rear of a 928. Are there any preferanses On where this should be fitted?

The car is a 1978 Euro.

I stick things on the windows so they won't pull of any paint.

Never the paint. The rear quarter window would be perfect to bring some attention to.

You need to have Norway join the EU and then it would be on the license plate

Kidding aside, I'm guessing you just want it for the retro look. It's placement is defined in the Vienna Convention on Road Traffic as "The distinguishing sign should be displayed on the far left or far right on the registration plate." It can go on the plate but then you have to put one on the front plate too. But I'm with the others, there's no way I'd put that sticker on the bumper. It would be rear window or nothing.
