Default Cold start injector question

Hi guys,
I have 928 1980 k-jetronic
I had to replace the cold start mount so I took the injector out and I thought to test it to see if it works since sometimes it is hard to start. Applying 12V does make it switch on and it clicks nicely. While it open I thought to blow into it to see if it is indeed fully open. It was hard but some air did go through. Is it normal that only small amount of air pushed through or the air should flow freely?
Can I test it differently?

We humans are unable to generate any pressure that would register on any normal pressure gauge, and a CIS system , cold will have somewhere over 50 psi , so I am not surprised you cant blow through that injector.

If you have hard starts I would guess your thermo time switch is worn out. They are bimetallic and mechanically fail over time.

I replaced mine 4 years ago and it fixed my hard start issue but I don't know if they are still available new.

Thanks guys! I am going also to check that thermo time switch - although I did replace it 2 years ago.
