The door lock motors have internal switches. When you open unlock with the key it moves the motor via the linage and the OTHER door motor is supposed to unlock also. But if it does not unlock fully is out of adjustment it tells the door you just unlocked that it should lock and back and forth they go....Just be sure you have two sets of keys and never ever leave one in the car unless you are inside with it.....Because they can easily lock you out !!!
