Ponder for a moment what to do if in the security of your garage / driveway you step out of your car (to pick up the newspaper) your door swings shut ( been meaning to change the door stay ) and you hear the unmistakeable sound "whur , whuck" ........the door locks have cycled the car is running and the doors are LOCKED ................ now how are you going to turn it off ....gas tank is nearly full !..................... Locksmiths and AAA are useless ..........

Jim:
That exact scenario happened to me. But my sunroof was open.
Now I carry 2 keys at all times. Do you still make copies for $25.00??
I can send you the original, but it is worn a bit. The PO gave me a second key for which he said he paid $125, and it works perfectly.

Yes we can copy a key for $25 BUT must have the key here to duplicate . Nothing in the duplicating " tracing" of the key will damage the original key . The risk is having it get lost by Fedex/ UPS so if sending in your only key INSURE IT FOR $1,000 which is about what it takes to replace all the locks . The blanks we have DO NOT have lighted key heads and do not accept them . It is best if we have the car here to test the key they occasionally need a touch up with the brush , But obviously that is not always practical .
