Porsches in the Park - Pictures updated
The Down East Chapter PCA is hosting the second Porsches in the Park to raise funds for the Dempsey Center. We have already about 100 Porsches registered.
There are only 2 928s registered, and it would be great to have a good showing of our great cars, so if any of you New England 928 guys can make it, that would be great.
Bug Light Park is located across the bay from down town Portland, Maine, it’s a beautiful park!
This is an all Porsche Event

That sounds like a great event. I can't even consider it, since I'll be in Oklahoma, but be sure to post it next year.

Had a great day at Porsches In The Park here in South Portland today. Over 200 Porsches of all models graced Bug Lite Park across the harbor from Portland.
Patrick Dempsey was there to support his Dempsey Center Cancer Centers and brought one of his race cars and Porsche Tractor!
Two other 928s showed up, both 84s. Weather was perfect to be talking Porsche all day!
I won People’s Choice for my class

Looks like an excellent time Bob.
Congrats on having the cleanest car in the park and getting the trophy

Bob: You elevate the marque( Porsche). Naming a park "Bud Lite Park" does not, whatever it was called before. In their defense, I assume the city gets revenue to maintain the place, looks beautiful; credit where it is due?

Steve, lol, it’s BUG Light Park, named after the small lighthouse on the breakwater at the entrance to the harbor. Although it would have been great if they had some Bud Light (or other libations) for the thirsty Poschifiles
