4.5 is the spec for the older 2 cam engine.

The 4 cam engine spec is 5 to 5.3 as previously stated.

Try 5.5,watch the light and take it easy.

If the light comes on while driving home, tighten the adjusting bolt 1/2 turn.
Retension when you get home.
