Default Identification of disconnected and cut wires

Hey folks. Was under the car and in the front driver wheel well yesterday and discovered two disconnected electric lines. Shocker, I know. The picture from the wheel well shows a brown and black wiring pair with female couplers - it had been zip-tied to other cabling in the area.

The other photo shows two brown wires connected atop the timing belt casing on the driver’s side. The brown wire that heads off to the right in the photo was discovered cut and hanging down below near the alternator. The PO had actually capped it.

I would appreciate knowing the purpose of these jettisoned connections. Big thanks.

I think wheel sell pair would go to euro turn signals if car were a euro, a remnant on USA.

not sure on the others, better picture might help

ABS power wire on the one coming out of the belt covers and those loose ones are euro side marker connections. Unused on US cars.

Inside fender (two wires) are for side marker on the euro's.
That large brown wire (was red at one time is the direct 12v feed from battery and not fused for the anti-lock brake unit, keep it capped off

edit: LOL

Ah, so no worries in either case.
Thanks Landseer, Sean and Dave!

That first picture you posted yesterday had me confused but the pic of it coming from the covers showed what it was.
