Thanks, Rob, for the foam pictures.

BTW....The "clue" for deteriorating foam is turning your HVAC on high....those "chunks" that come flying out are the old foam.

Greg is right. Not profitable. But that is where a guy like me comes in. I really enjoy doing limited run stuff like this and don't need to make my money all back since it's a hobby for me. Not sure how complex a part like that lever is but it may just be easier to reverse engineer using micrometers than actually laser scanning it. Greg if you or anyone has a broken one they can send me, I'll print out a couple prototypes for someone to try. Or Rob, if it's something you want to scan, you can send me a file like before.

Idea: the second valve that Greg is proposing doesn't have to be a fancy vacuum actuated thing. Maybe a brass ball valve or similar that has the right hose bibs?
Close it in spring, remember to open it in fall?

Find a vacuum operated valve that fails closed. Put it in series with the existing valve. Connect to engine vacuum in the winter and it will open while engine is running. Use the same vacuum that runs to FPR and dampers. Disconnect in not-winter.
