I’ve removed the bar as part of my front end rebuild and the existing rubber bushes “look” ok. What is the normal life of these bushes? Car has done 100k miles and is 33 years old. I had expected them to be perished which is why I ordered some poweflex urethene bushes but I’m now debating whether I should leave the originals on. Also to remove do I just cut them off? They seem to be solid one piece units with no split.
