Heartland Park in Topeka. Used to live just outside of that track. There is a 2 mile road coarse as well.

Hiya Gang! Randy pinged me about some questions on the year's activities, thanks RV.
Yes, there is a Dynojet here, just a few blocks from Mo's shop and I went to school with the guy, he is cool and said we could take over his operation if we wanted. I figured Louie Ott and Mike Schmidt would move in, so I rented a three bedroom apt with hot tub just across the street for those guys.
Should be A-OK on any dyno action youse guys can dream up. Marc Thomas if you wish to contact this person in advance let me know please (same to Louie and Mike or otheers).
Expect awesomely reasonable prices on this too.
Track at Hallett (OK, two hour drive) details are being ironed out (hopefully next week) but we are holding the track for Friday July 9, 2004. It looks like we can do pretty much what we want there too. If some of you remember what happened in 2000, we just opened it up wide in the afternoon for anyone on/off at almost any time so there was plenty of action.
I do know Stan Shaw has a few tricks up his sleeve for the track day, so racers and trackies bring your goods. We'll have tools and pit help there for us 928ers and set up barbeque for those sleeping over Thursday night (like me). Plenty of fun after hours hanging with the racers, cooking and lying.
This will be a large party, with 928s at the core. Lots of activities, a HUGE car show and street party Saturday night, driving events, etc. Jay Kempf is going for a record number of 928s at one place since Stuttgart, and I think he has a good shot at it. Think 150 dorsal fins?!
I'm working on a pretty special surprise that if happens will be a 928 first. More to come on this hairbrained idea but ummmmm, this could be good!
No, it doesn't include Jim Bailey's special dance routine or Jeannie's extra special clothing, that is to be expected.
Watch for website announcement in the next weeks and sign up you 928 hound dogs, it will be some fun.
Randy, I expect you here as Toastmaster. So pack the shaker.

The Texas boys will be there in full force. Thinking about the Houston and Austin folks, and all others hooking up in DFW for the Big Texas convoy to Whichita!
BTW, I heard that Louie and Mike Schmidt will be wearing the assless Marc White shorts at the convention. I may have to avoid that scene!!!!
