Default Got Sleeves?

Noticed these popping up on everyone's favorite auction site. Thoughts/opinions?

Hmm, so are these like the hose/lines themselves or just chrome looking things to make the lines look flashy?

Those are just woven mesh sleeves that slip over the hose, and secure with hose clamps. May offer some protection from rubbing damage. IMHO they would make your car look like it was built by a high school rice racer.

Belongs on a hot-rod Chevy, not a 928.

The anodizing fades and looks chalky after a few months. I've seen many of those cheap kits at local cruise nights and they look like they cost. Cheap.
