I've been using Rain-X for over 10 years on all of my cars with no issues. Maybe I'm missing something because I hardly ever use my wipers with rain-x. I only have to turn on my wipers when the rain-x is due for a fresh coat.

In any case, I did the following two things:
1. Replaced the driver's side blade with an Acura OEM one - just as an experiment
2. Moistened both blades with alcohol.

Seems to be working

Well, that's much easier: should have known that the 'universal solvent' would come to the rescue.
When it comes to alcohol, I'm rather partial to take mine as Bushmill's 'Black Bush' (must be an Irish gene in there somewhere): what brand works for wiper maitenance? - short of getting 'wiped' lol, lol
