just back home to the frozen North and what a great whirlwind trip; Dallas, to Double Oak, Marble Falls, Llano, Fredericksburg, San Anotonio and back.........918 trouble free miles in our new to us 928 S4 'Sharky'

Great to see folks from previous 3rd coasts and meet so many new.............the guys from Australia were outstanding.

Thanks so much for everyones warm welcome and hospitality especially Roger, Zane, Merc & Miguel.

For those who asked about another event in Canada.............2020 sounds about right!

Default Drone Video

I finally got some drone video edited and on up YouTube in 4k

Most computer monitors won't display 4k, so if you want to bring it up on your 4k TV's YouTube app, just search for "dcarter coast" and it it will come right up.

Just seeing this now - yes we are planning a large Pittsburgh event for the Grand Prix - but it will be in 2021. That is the year Porsche will be the Marque of the Year. We want to get as many Porsches as we can, and personally, I'd like to see as many 928s as possible!. We had 35 sharks in 2017 when the 928 was the feature car of our Club's presence at the PVGP (the Camaro was the PVGP marque of the year that summer). There were well over 200 Porsches on the lawn.

I'd love to see 100 sharks gathered! But it's 2021, not 2020. Tony, Stan and others can extol the virtues of the PVGP - it is a great event, more than just a Porsche thing. Anyway, I'll start a separate thread on it at some point over the winter. But get it on your calendars - 3d weekend in July, 2021!!!
Maybe do it as an OCIC event?

thx Ed for clarifying..........given the time proximity and the respective distances involved its best we plan one grand event and the PVGP sounds likely the best venue. Let me know how we can best support from the North side..............cheers, Malcolm
