Now, it's been repainted, but from what I can tell the color is basically the same as it was before. Just curious...
Jeff- It's a lot more Bronze in real life. The pictures make it seem more silver although it may be the lighting as well

Default Interior Pics

Not the best quality, but here are some interior pics. I bit of shrinkage on the glove box door.

I'm considering Brown Pasha for the seat centers front and back. Would that be sacrilege?

Tolja

Keep in mind that the 'competition group' is simply cosmetic stuff (spoiler, seats, steering wheel) that they put on US cars to make up for the fact that the RoW cars had an "S" option.
That, however, had the M28/11 motor, rated at 300 hp.

Well, the seats could stand to be redone. Whatever you do will no longer be original.
The rest of the interior looks pretty decent, all things considered. That amount of shrinkage is almost unavoidable.

Closest to original would be the most 'preservationist'.

But Pascha looks sooooo cool.

Your car, your choice.

Welcome! Beautiful car. How close are you from Philly? IIRC, this car was on sale for a long time on Hemmings with asking $21,500 (originally Hellbronze but repainted to a different shade of bronze) then just sold on eBay, right? Same seller that sold the low mileage mocha brown '81 manual 4 weeks ago.

Just got a quote for the installation of Pasha seat centers on the front and rear seats...$5200 if I supply the Pasha (5 linear meters). Seems a bit pricey.

hlee96- I'm a stones throw from you. I live in Malvern.

Not sure if it's the same car. The asking for this car on Hemmings was $27,900. I was told it was original paint and there is no evidence of repaint from my inspection, but anything is possible.

Here is the Hemmings link:

Tourist delivery is cool. Someone in the US ordered it on the book, then traveled to Germany, picked up the car, and drove it around Europe for a bit, then shipped it over to the US for pickup. That's gotta be tons of fun.

Congrats, nice grab. Welcome to the sharks.

Thanks Everyone!

hlee96- Would love to get together sometime. I go to Cars and Coffee in Malvern occasionally since the West Chester C&C shut down. I bought the car from the Ebay auction.

Amazing car. Love the color combo.

I’ve used both Leather Therapy and Leatherique products on my leather. I’ve been amazed how much it has softened hard, dried out leather. It may be worth a try before you replace the seats covers.
