HD washer nozzle

Still looking for info on changing the HD washer nozzle without removing the bumper. May be a dumb question but I'm not seeing it.

I do not believe it can be done. I tried to connect up new ones after replacing the front fascia. Couldn't get the hoses on. Couldn't get the nuts on. New ones look good but just fill the holes.

But you're right, that is representative of the current status, except now the hood is off! I'm pulling the engine next weekend. Compression and leak-down tests show bad rings on about half of the cylinders.
