Default Which Parts Must be replaced?

Greetings,
I bought my 79 5 speed last November. since then I have been working to prepare the body for paint, replace carpet and interior elements and address seized bearings, both the clutch throw out and the clutch pilot.
in the pictures are the pieces of my throw out bearing. I know a site member has the replacement bearing, what other parts of this must replaced, as opposed to just cleaning and refitting?

well your in a bit of crap shoot usually you replace the TOB that said the one you need isnt made anymore ,
SO you will need to update the whole assembly,
this includes the TOB, guide tube, release arm, and bushing and pilot bearing.

if you dont match these parts then the assembly will not work well,
also get the hi temp spline grease and grease everything

you know what please check with Roger@928srus.com and see what he has ,
he might be rebuilding the early TOBs,
if so you need to make sure the TOB you have is the comparable with the guide tube and the release arm,
if any of these parts dont match then all of them must be replaced

Mr. Merlin as always you are correct but in this case new information is applicable.
The TO bearing complete is available again new stock.
