Restorer in Lower Ct.
My dash pad is all cracked, and the previous repair makes it look worse. I was thinking about getting a new leather dash pad from one of the on line companies, but I'm not quite handy enough to do it myself. I've heard there some guy who restores 928 in the bridgeport ct area? Anyone hear of him or someone else who could pull it out and put in a new one? Might also want to do the carpet as well. I'm in Westport, so any place fairly close would work.
will travel for better deal.
thx

If you can stand the drive of about 45 minutes, Corvette Center (in Rocky Hill) is top notch in my experiences, and they do great work. Ask for Ray, even though they work on mostly other vehicles, he knows cars of this era and is meticulous.

You could try Automotive Restorations,Inc located in Stratford I believe. They have a website you can look over.
They restore many types of rare and significant vehicles. A long time ago when in college I worked for them. "Quid" was the master upholsterer
and was very adapt. With the passage of time I don't know if he remains there but I am sure someone worthy took his place.
Ask for Kent Bain or Craig Cronin.
