Guessing wiring the antenna correctly, it should be running off a signal from the radio power on, not always hot, unless that updown relay is bad.

No fix yet just discovered draws source. Have to pull off the side panel that covers the antenna and check the draw from the antenna itself. When I pull the fuse for the antenna and radio and interior lights the draw falls off to almost nothing.
